Venous Vein - What Is
It ?
The venous vein is the vein that is affected by varicose
vein which is torturous, twisted or lengthened vein. In the
event this enlargement is severe it indicates a condition known
as varicose vein or venous vein.
Braces Expander
Braces expander is used to expand the palate so that teeth could be aligned properly.
Studies reveal that varicose vein is more common in women
than in men. This venous vein is normally caused due to
heredity factors, pregnancy, obesity or by standing or sitting
for long hours at a stretch. The earlier theory was that
varicose vein was a result of the failure of the valves of the
superficial veins leading to venous deflux and venous
dilatation. However recent studies have shown that this failure
of the valves of the superficial veins follows the change in
the vein wall. In simple terms, this means that the vein wall
of the main vein is inherently weak which leads to venous
dilatation and the subsequent separation of the valve cusps so
that they become incompetent. This theory is strongly supported
by the observation the dilatation of varicose veins is
initially distal to the ; if the primary abnormality was
descending valve incompetence, initial dilatation should be
proximal to the . Some major risk factors for the development
of a venous vein include increasing age, obesity and
occupations that require long hours of standing or sitting. The
association that obesity leads to the venous vein condition is
true only for females.
The term microcirculation disturbance refers to the
ulceration of the leg and this symptom is a sure sign of
chronic venous insufficiency. This chronic venous insufficiency
is caused by the increase pressure to the leg vein, and
continuous changes in vein pressure. This condition needs
immediate medical treatment . Normally in the case of a chronic
capillary reaction, the treatment suggested includes a
mandatory use of the compression bandage on the affected leg.
The use of microcirculation pathology is most common to treat
this condition of chronic venous insufficiency. Some symptoms
to identify this condition are itching, heaviness or tension on
the leg, pain in the leg and restlessness in the leg. The
treatment for such venous vein is dependant on a lot of factors
primary of those are the medical history of the patient, the
patientfs allergy to the medication, treatment or procedures
and the willingness of the patient. However, it is understood
that about twenty to thirty percent patients who take medical
treatment for venous vein will suffer from a recurrent
condition within the first 10 years.
